A free 3-minute symptom quiz, a 30-second daily check-in and a weekly pattern report. Membership is a monthly or yearly subscription.

Understanding perimenopause, a 17-page guide to what is happening, what you may notice and what to bring to your clinician. $7.99 once, included with an almanac membership.

Our product: almanac
almanac is a wellness app for women in perimenopause. It is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
- The quiz. A visitor answers questions about her symptoms and sees her own pattern across five areas: sleep, mood and cognition, hot flashes and night sweats, cycle changes, and physical symptoms.
- The daily check-in. A member records how she feels in about 30 seconds a day.
- The weekly report. almanac shows how her symptoms moved together over time: a record she can bring to her clinician.
almanac is free to start. Membership is sold at joinalmanac.app and can be cancelled at any time.
Text messages
almanac members may opt in to a daily check-in reminder by text message from RDJ Digital LLC. This is the whole program.
Who gets texts. Only members who typed their mobile number inside their signed-in almanac account and tapped “Text me reminders”. Nothing is pre-selected, and texting is never required to use the service.
What they get. About one message a day: a reminder to complete the 30-second check-in. Before any reminder, one text asks her to reply YES to confirm the number. No marketing, and no health information in any text.
How to stop. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Her number. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. The number goes only to the messaging provider that delivers the texts.
